Nothing on file. Your first three things go on the home screen.

Daily reminder
One nudge a day, at the time you pick. Not wired up in the beta yet — this remembers your choice for when it is.
Make it unavoidable
Set Gratidude as your homepage, or stick it on your phone's home screen. Either way, it's the first thing you see — not something you have to remember to open.
On desktop: open your browser settings, find "Homepage" or "On startup", and paste gratidude.ai.
On phone: open gratidude.ai, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
Most gratitude journals are boring, and you need discipline. Gratidude talks to you like a sarcastic drill instructor, so you keep coming back.
